Scout bases are organizations committed to offering guarantees of service and scout style in the reception and management of houses and camp grounds and that have chosen a community path to share their experiences and help the individual base and the entire system of Agesci bases present in Italy.

The Scout Bases share a regulation and a charter of common values (in italian).

Centralina

The Centralina is located just beyond Codera village, at 850 m., open all year round, about 3 hours' walk from the Novate Mezzola train station. It has 18 beds inside and some pitches for tents outside, with bathrooms, kitchen, drinking water, wood stove, bivouac fire.

Suitable for outings, winter camps and route stages (sleeping in tent is mandatory from Easter to late October) for RS groups (Italian Rover - Scolte are 16 years old and above) and senior scouts (14-15 years old).

Casera

The Casera, just beyond the Bresciadega alp, at 1250 m., is usually open from spring to autumn (but exceptionally also in winter), about a 2-hour walk from the Centralina. It offers the possibility of staying overnight inside in winter (12 beds plus space on the ground) and in a tent in good weather, it has bathrooms, kitchen, drinking water, fireplace, stove, bivouac fire, construction poles.

Suitable for RS units (Italian Rover - Scolte are 16 years old and above) as an overnight stop during a route.
In summer a single scout camp (11-15 years old) is hosted in the meadows around.
